I have been an educator for the past 9 years. I have always enjoyed the aspect of learning to better myself and those around me. I believe that education is a necessary key to be successful, and hope to instill that passion into others.

Over the years, I have developed a passion for finding ways to reach more minorities in the field of education and math, especially young African Americans. I have studied and analyzed state test data, and have also looked at extra-curricular programs that can be useful to development and engagement of those students.
