The UHD Office of Study Abroad
is seeking an intern with skills in professional writing. Interns can
improve their writing skills by assisting with writing and editing our
publications and marketing materials as noted below.
UHD Study Abroad Website
Review and update content,
monitor links, develop new materials, such as student blog section. Determine
ways to incorporate new content that will increase student interest.
Study Abroad Quarterly
Newsletter
Develop newsletter for UHD
students, faculty and staff. The goal of the newsletter will be to keep the UHD
community informed about UHD international programs and initiatives.
Print Brochures
Update current study abroad
brochure.
Flyers
Create interesting flyers for
study abroad-related events at UHD
Faculty and Student Handbooks
Review and edit content.
Skyline Press Releases
Write about newsworthy events
that are related to UHD study abroad.
Grant Proposals
Assist in the development of
grant proposals.
Interns will work directly with
study abroad office staff. This is an unpaid internship.
