Bill Pogue taught at UHD as an Adjunct Lecturer until 2010 when offered his present full-time faculty position.  He holds a B.A. degree from University of Denver, with graduate work at University of Minnesota.  Apart from academia, he has decades of work experience in media, marketing and arts administration.  Mr. Pogue operated his own marketing firm for over a quarter-century and seeks to apply experiences gained in aiding students’ communication in the academic setting and beyond.

He also has extensive background in business communication, marketing, advertising, public speaking, and fund raising. Finally, he has served in various professional roles that give him valuable knowledge about Communication in the workplace.
