CHSS Graduate Assistantship

The College of Humanities and Social Sciences is pleased to offer Graduate Assistantship opportunities for our master’s students. Graduate Assistantships allow students to gain practical work experience in higher education while they pursue their master’s degrees.

While the details of each assistantship appointment will vary, these positions typically provide a monthly stipend. Students who are awarded Graduate Assistantships must carry a full course load in one of the graduate programs currently offered in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Graduate Assistantships are only available to students who are currently admitted into the program. For more details on the duties of a Graduate Assistantship in a particular program, contact the director of the degree in question. Visit the graduate admissions site for more information.
