    • Meetings with Provost and Search Committee chairs to agree on timeline and plan full committee meeting.
    • Meeting with full search committee to discuss timeline, process and strategies.
    • Listening sessions with some key constituents and stakeholders to discuss opportunities and challenges of the position.
    • AGB Search prepares advertising, recruitment plan, and position profile for the Committee’s and Provost’s approval
