Walter Viali (PMP®)
Walter Viali is an Information Technology Management Consultant and certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with a varied background in all areas of Information Technology, including domestic and international assignments.
Walter is also Principal Consultant and co-founder of PMO To Go, LLC, which focuses on process and project management assessments, and project management office (PMO) consulting (assessment, establishment, portfolio management, training and staffing). He is responsible for business development, project management and PMO consulting, as well as delivering project management and Microsoft Project training, which is aligned with the PMI's Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Walter also conducts process and project management assessments based on the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Models.
Walter holds degrees in Mathematics from the John F. Kennedy (JFK) Lyceum, Rome, Italy and in Statistics from Rome University, Rome, Italy. He also earned a B.A. in Business from UH in Houston, Texas.
