REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 13, 2009	Priority web registration for declared majors begins at 8 am.
APRIL 20, 2009	Web registration for all other students
MAY 28, 2009	Last day for Regular Registration (6pm)
MAY 29 - JUNE 1, 2009	Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee) begins at 8 am.
JUN 4, 2009	Last day to drop a class without a grade (Official Day of Record)
JUNE 25, 2009	Last day to withdraw from a course.

NOTE

Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted.
In person transactions must be made by business closing time.

PAYMENT DATES
MAY 28, 2009	Last day to make payment for Regular Registration (6pm) or classes will be dropped
JUNE 9, 2009	Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by 6pm or classes will be dropped.
JUNE 30, 2009	Installment Plan Payment Due ($10 late fee if not paid).
JULY 6, 2009	Last day to pay Installment Balance without $50 default fee.

REFUND DATES
MAY 31, 2009	Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee). In person transactions must be made by Friday, May 29, 5pm.
JUNE 1-3, 2009	Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 20% of total bill).
JUNE 4-9, 2009	Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 50% of total bill). No refunds after June 9th.
JUNE 4, 2009	Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal

CLASSES DATES
JUNE 1, 2009	Summer I classes begin
JULY 1, 2009	Last class day
JULY 2, 2009	Final examinations. Exams will be given at regular class times.

APPLICATION DEADLINES
JUNE 5, 2009	Summer 2009 Financial Aid Deadline
JULY 15, 2009	Fall 2009 application deadline for freshman admission
AUGUST 1, 2009	Fall 2009 application deadline for transfer admission

HOLIDAYS
MAY 25, 2009	Memorial Day, University closed
JULY 3, 2009	Independence Day, University closed

IMPORTANT SEMESTER DATES
MAY 28, 2009	Math Bypass Testing - S705 (Math 1301, 1302, 1404 only), 10am-12 noon and 2-4pm
JUNE 4, 2009	Official Day of Record/Last day to:
	• appeal residency status
	• drop without a grade
	• receive refund for partial withdrawal
	• change to audit status
	• request an International Student Health Insurance waiver
JUNE 9, 2009	Reporting Date
JULY 2, 2009	Faculty Online Grade Entry begins at 8am
JULY 6, 2009	Deadline for Faculty Online Grade Entry ends at 12 noon.
JULY 7, 2009	Grades available (12 noon) at www.uhd.edu/eservices
