UHD's concentration in Project Management and Process Improvement is geared towards professionals already involved in project management or those seeking a career change into this exciting and diverse field. Graduates will have the necessary knowledge and core competencies required for major project and process implementations. This program provides the foundational knowledge and practical skills that support a global framework for deploying successful strategic initiatives.

Concen​tration courses are offered in the evenings, one class every eight weeks, and can be completed over the span of 12 months.  Beginning in fall 2020, courses are also available in an online format. The courses include the following:
