Admission is competitive and selective, and is designed to identify applicants who have the ability, interest, and qualities necessary to complete the program.


​Summer applications are now being accepted for MSM. Summer II sessions start on June 28th. ​

Application deadline: Submissions for Fall 2021 should be complete by August 1, 2021.

To be eligible for admission, an applicant will be required to present the following:

  • Complete graduate application at
  • Baccalaureate degree conferred by a regionally accredited institution.
  • Official Transcripts, submitted to the UHD Office of Admissions, from all higher education institutions attended.
  • An updated professional resume.
  • A letter describing why the applicant desires this particular degree.
  • Official TOEFL score report if you graduated from a country where English is not the official language. The minimum score needed is 81 for iBT TOEFL and 6.5 for the IELTS exam.
  • Two letters of recommendation may be required from individuals acquainted with the applicant's work and academic potential.


Updated Spring 2021 Admission Requirements

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, to best accommodate graduate degree applicants, the graduate programs will temporarily suspend consideration of GRE and GMAT test scores and official transcripts for admission to its programs until further notice. Unofficial transcripts must be submitted with application materials followed by official transcripts before the end of the first semester of registration.
