Dr. Steve Zhou researches, teaches and consults on supply chain management, data-driven analytics, logistics and transportation, and IT-SCM interface. He has published 45+ scientific articles in premier scholarly journals, books and conferences proceedings in the field of lean supply chain management, big data analytics, production and inventory management, and information technology. He has provided consulting and corporate training for international companies such as Shell, Total S.A., Mubadala, Benjamin Moore, South Atlantic Petroleum, NNPC, etc. He has presented his work at numerous major scholarly and practitioner’s conferences and received the best conference paper award. His research and educational projects were funded by both external and internal offices and agencies such as NJ Commission of Higher Education, Global Logistics Program Development/Career and Technical Education Partnership (CTEP), ORCA research award, Faculty Development Project Award, and Presidential Scholars Challenge Award. Professionally, Dr. Zhou is the managing editor of International Journal of Operations Research and Information Systems, guest editor of International Journal of Business Analytics, editorial board member, and committee member for various international scholarly journals and academic conferences.
