Vista Technical Problem Help Form

Stop! Please read the steps below before proceeding to the form. Reading these steps and the associated help section may answer most questions and save you time.

1. To get your user name and password, read Login Help

2. Student access to courses is removed at the end of each semester. Access is reinitialized at the beginning of each semester. If you can not access your classes by the first day of class, please contact your instructor to be added to the course.

You can not add your own classes. Technical support can not add you to a course without instructor permission.

IMPORTANT: Instructors add students when they are ready. Some instructors may not add students immediately on the first day of class. Contacting the instructor directly is the most effective and quickest way to confirm your addition to the course.

3. Carefully read all sections of Help before filling out this form.

Please fill out all fields to help us better assist you with your problem. If a field does not apply, enter "none" or "N/A."

Note: Student help is usually available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If your request is received after 6:00 PM, you can expect a reply before noon on the next business day, holidays excepted.
