ITV Classrooom Access Code Policy |

| ITV Instructors are issued security codes that enable
them to lock and unlock entrance/exit doors to their assigned
ITV classrooms. Each Instructors code is unique and should
not be shared by the instructor with anyone. |

| If at any point during the semester, an instructor's access
code does not work, an ITV staff member should be notified
as soon as possible, so that the problem can be resolved. |

| *ITV classroom operations policy prohibits the use of
objects (such as trash cans) to prop open ITV classrooms
during use. It is requested that all ITV instructors adhere
to this policy. |

| How to use your Access Code. |
| At the Outside Entrance of a classroom, you will see a
electronic numeric keypad. |
| To Temporarily Unlock the ITV Classroom |
| Enter Access code (Door will stay unlocked for approximately
10 seconds.) |
| To Unlock the ITV Classroom |
Enter Access code, then press *4# (Door will remain
unlocked until locked by Instructor) |
| To Lock the ITV Classroom |
| Enter Access code, then press *5# (Door will remain locked
until locked by Instructor) |
