A professonal photo will be taken of the subject for the story if possible.

All students and alumni are required to complete a Media Release Form, which can be filled out during the photoshoot.

Please be aware that there is no guarantee that your submission will be used. Submissions that are used may be edited for content and length.

 

Success Story Submission Form
