Are you chained to your desk and unable to venture over to the gym? This seminar will show you effective ways to exercise at your desk. That's right – at your desk. Learn simple techniques to improve flexibility and strength while sitting in your office chair. Sam Hest, UTEAP Wellness Coordinator will give you helpful tips to get the most exercise out of your busy day without even leaving your office.
