What types of exercises do you do every day that will keep you from seeing a doctor for an illness or injury? Whether it’s your fitness regimen, eating habits, or personal hygiene practices, there are things you can do daily to stay well. During this workshop medical, fitness, and wellness professionals will share best practices to help you stay healthy and out of the doctor’s office for sick visits. This Workshop is FREE, refreshments will be served, and door prizes will be given out.
