Orientation for PI’s and their Departments on Internal and Sponsor Procedures and Requirements
OSP and Grant Accounting will provide an orientation session with all new PI’s and their administrative staff to familiarize them with both UHD and Sponsor requirements for the operation of their sponsored project. Once the award is accepted and the cost center (formerly account number) has been established, a meeting will be scheduled.
National Video Conferences on Sponsored Programs and Related Topics
From time to time, various federal agencies and professional organizations will sponsor video conferences on topics related to sponsored programs and UHD will participate. Sometimes, the video conference will be hosted by another local university. OSP will provide information regarding these video-conferences to UHD Faculty and Staff giving the location, date and time.
Special Training and Workshops
Special training and workshops will be hosted on an as-needed basis by OSP. Announcements will be sent to all UHD Faculty and Staff in advance.
