The Registrar's Office maintains all student academic records including registrations and grades. The responsibility of this office is to provide valuable and reliable service and academic data to all UHD students, faculty, and staff as well as to state and federal agencies. The Registrar's Office issues transcripts, diplomas, and certifies loan deferments. It also handles changes to student names, registration for auditing courses, and applying confidentiality request to student. Students should contact this office in addition to the Financial Aid Office to officially notify the university of a name change when applicable.
