UHD changes people's lives and the Division of Public Affairs is charged with telling that story to internal and external audiences using a variety of communications vehicles.
Public Affairs is responsible for conducting a comprehensive communications program designed to promote and generate support for the University's mission of educating people for careers and life through academic programs, research and public service. The Public Affairs staff accomplishes this through market research and strategic communications, media relations, publications, Web presence, internal communications, image advertising, brand awareness and public relations.
Public Affairs offers design, editorial, photography and planning services to staff and faculty to support student recruitment and retention, fundraising, and promotion of colleges and programs as well as University activities and events.
