Ever wonder what happens when you combine engineering and medicine? Then you want to join our Biomedical Engineering course. You’ll explore how artificial legs and bionic arms are developed. You’ll look at medical devices like the pace makers, check out diagnostic equipment like MRIs.and consider therapeutic devices like TENS machines. You’ll use the Engineering Design Process to design, create, test, and refine basic solutions related to insulation, artificial heart valves, prosthetics, surgical instruments, and a model thermometer.
Students entering 1st Grade to 6th Grade (Ages 6 to 12)
Full Day Session: Monday to Friday (9 am - 4 pm) for one week
Morning-Only Session: Monday to Friday (9 am - 12 noon) for one week
