Learn the most popular programming language in the world – the easy way! Students analyze and build Java applications using Greenfoot, an interactive, visual editor for Java. This course teaches Java programming in an interactive and engaging way that is technically relevant, pedagogically sound, and highly motivational for students. Programming doesn’t have to be dry and boring. Using the Greenfoot environment, and an extensive collection of compelling example projects, students are given a unique, graphical framework in which to learn Java programming. It allows easy development of two-dimensional graphical applications, like simulations and interactive games. Once you speak this language, you’re going to have a lot to say!

Basic understanding of any programming language or completion of a course in Visual Basic.net programming.
