UH-DOWNTOWN TOWN HALL
The UH-Downtown Student Government Association encourages all UHD students to attend the Spring Town Hall Meeting
(Houston, Texas, March 11, 2007) On Wednesday, March 21, 2007 from 12:00 noon until 1:30, the UH-Downtown Student Government Association will be hosting the open-forum Spring Town Hall Meeting in room A-300. UHD students are invited to hear an address by nine panel members from the UHD administration, including Vice Presidents Woods and Bradley, and Police Chief Boyle, discussing student fees, campus security, future projects, and plans to improve student life on campus. An exchange of information is encouraged, so come with questions and observations. Pizza and soft drinks for attendees! 
Established in 1974, UHD now offers over 40 undergraduate and graduate degrees and has increased 27 percent in student population over the past five years. The new Shea Street Building, scheduled to open if fall 2007, will house the UHD College of Business. The Commerce Street Building was added in 2004 and houses the College of Public Service.
