Dr. Margaret F. Shipley  

Margaret F. Shipley received her Ph.D. in operations research from the University of Pittsburgh School of Engineering. She is the recipient of the UHD Scholarly and Creativity Award, and the Dean's Award for Faculty Excellence. She teaches in the areas of project management, management science, small business management, and international management. Her primary research interests involve the utilization of fuzzy logic in multicriteria decision making, project management, and quality management. Her  work has appeared in IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Omega,  Journal of the Operational Research Society,  Computers & OR, Journal of Engineering and Technology Management, International Transactions on Operational Research,  European Journal of Operational Research, and International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, among numerous other journals.
