LIVE CHAT

UHD Students, Faculty, Staff and Alumni can use LibChat, a text-based chat service, to ask brief questions. All others are requested to use the Ask-a-Librarian form.

LibChat service hours during academic semesters are Monday - Friday, Noon - 4pm. We are testing the demand for chat service during other library hours, so LibChat may be available at other times, when librarians' schedules permit.

If the librarian is available, you will see a green circle in the top left corner of the chat box and a window where you can type your question.

Use of the LibChat service is subject to the Chat Reference Policy.
