How to Place Materials on Reserve
Course reserves are supplemental readings reserved by faculty for the use of students in a particular class. To place materials on reserve, faculty should submit the UHD Library Course Reserves Request Form. Send the corresponding reserve materials by mail or in-person. Electronic materials can be sent as an email attachment to email@example.com. Your course reserve list will be created when the Library receives both the form and materials.
Guidelines for what can be placed on course reserve
The UHD Library offers a single course reserve system for both hard copy and electronic reading material. Eligible reserve material will be scanned for your convenience by the Library. Before requesting any material to be placed on course reserve, all items should be evaluated under the Reserves Agreement terms. The Reserves Agreement has details about copyright information and guidance, instructions for submitting materials, and how materials will processed and returned.
Forms and Documentation
The Library is now accepting materials for Fall 2013 Term.
To guarantee that your materials will be available for the first class day of Fall term, please submit materials by Wednesday, August 21, 2013.
Materials submitted to the library past the "guarantee date" will be processed and accepted on a first-come, first-served, basis.
