Welcome to the University of Houston Downtown's Facilities Management (FM) website. Our goal is to provide a safe, operational, and attractive campus for use by the university community and visitors. Our responsibilities include the repair, maintenance, and building of campus facilities. If you have any problems or concerns in regard to the campus facilities, please do not hesitate to contact us.
