General Conditions for Maintenance Contracts and Operations Job Order Contracts
The General Conditions for Maintenance Contracts and Operations Job Order Contracts have been developed by the University of Houston System Office of General Counsel. They are referenced in request for bids and proposals and govern the terms of the agreements including the Letter of Contract for Facilities Maintenance and Services

The Uniform General Conditions for Construction have been developed by the State of Texas, Texas Facilities Commission. They are referenced in request for bids and proposals and govern the terms of the agreements including the Letter of Contract for Construction.

Contractor Vendor Safety Requirements
The Contractor Vendor Safety Requirements have been developed by the University of Houston-Downtown Environmental Health and Safety Office in response to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) requirements to provide a safe and healthy working environment for vendor employees, UHD employees, students and visitors.
