Ink Cartridge Recycling
Information Technology accepts used printer ink cartridges for recycling. Each department/division should maintain a central area to store used cartridges.
Email Jorge Mogollon when
sufficient quantity is ready for pick-up.
Battery Recycling - Coming in Fall 2008

Departments that have a high volume of used batteries (Police, Facilities, IT, etc.) are able to recycle the used batteries generated by their department.

Battery recycling will be available to the entire
UH-Downtown campus beginning Fall 2008.
Chemical and Hazardous Materials
Chemical and Hazardous Materials must be disposed of through the Environment, Health & Safety Office. Call 713-221-8040 for more information.
