Student Accounting Office

The Student Accounting Office is responsible for the billing and collection of student fees (tuition, books, fees), recording and disbursement of outside scholarships, collection and charge back of returned checks.

The Student Accounting office has six main functions:

• Financial Aid, tuition and fee refunds
• Tuition Rebate Requests
• Returned checks
• Accounts Receivable/Thir Party Contracts
• Fee waivers and remissions
• Employee fee reimbursement

Cashier's Office

The Cashier's Office is reponsible for accepting payments made to the university.  This includes payments made by students for univesity bill, student telephone charges, and student loans, payment made by departments include reimbursements, program fees, and a wide variety of miscellaneous payments.

The Cashier's Office has four main functions:

• Cashing of personal checks
• Metro passes and tokens
• Petty Cash reimbursements, fee receipts
• Departmental Deposits
