Announcements:
Returning students who are registered with Disability Services, don't forget to drop off course syllabi for each course you are requesting academic accommodations.
ODS provides free disability related testing in the areas of Cognitive, Psychological and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity (ADHD/ADD) disorders for any currently enrolled UHD student. Please contact the Office of Disability Services for more information.

At UHD, our primary goal is commitment to our students’ educational and professional success. In alignment with the university’s overall efforts, the Office of Disability Services strives to empower students, foster independence, promote achievement of career and educational goals.
Our staff along with the entire UHD community helps students to discover, develop, and demonstrate full potential and abilities.
Academic Adjustments and Services
ODS provides academic adjustments and auxiliary aids to enrolled University of Houston-Downtown students who have temporary or permanent health impairments, physical limitations, psychological disorders, or learning disabilities. ODS staff members serve as liaisons between students and faculty, administrators, and community agencies.
