Multimedia Equipment Reservation Form
 
The following instructional equipment is available for classroom and office use in accordance with Multimedia Equipment Reservation Policies. Equipment may be reserved by calling 713-221-8190, by completing the Reservation Form below, or by making your reservation in person at the Multimedia office (A729).
 
Please make your reservations 24 hours in advance of the time needed. Equipment requested for evening classes and Saturday classes should be returned to the Academic Computing Lab, 800S. All classrooms have permanently assigned overhead projectors. Many classrooms have permanently assigned televisions and videocassette recorders.

If you need technical operating assistance or have additional comments please describe your needs in detail.
   
  • If equipment is reserved for use during any evening classes scheduled after 5 p.m., please return it to the academic computer lab (S800) after you are finished.
  • University multimedia equipment may be used only for university sponsored activities. Clients wishing to use equipment for non-academic activities may be charged a rental fee.
  • Multimedia equipment may not be taken off-campus without the approval of the Multimedia Services Coordinator
  • Reservations for the use of equipment for student presentations must be made by their instructors.

  • There may be charges for use of equipment, or services for special events, or student organizations. Please contact us to find out more (713-221-8190).
