• The production server should be fixed tomorrow

• Equipment stolen out of e-classrooms.  Cable locks have been ordered for flat screens, but be vigilant about locking classrooms.  Students are not allowed in these rooms without a faculty member.
• Many textbooks are coming with cds in the back.  Students can’t install programs in the ACL.  Talk to Lucy.  Maybe they can install it.  There is a 2-week lead time.

• We did have CBTs available, but they were 97.  We are looking for online options.

• Windows XP is not PeopleSoft certified, and I am not impressed.  We’ll upgrade once it is stable.

• Lab coordinators met about disabled student services.  Distributing handouts for the faculty.

• New system for developing ITV conflicts.  People submit alternative times.  Try not to get courses cannibalizing each other. 
• Goal is to get students taking 3 or 4 classes.  Not all classes at the same time.
• Consider the 8:30 timeslot.  A lot of suburbanites get up and going earlier than urbanites.
