How to Log into the Course Evaluation Report System

1. Visit www.uhd.edu and click myUHD.
   
   
   
   
   
2. In the red Faculty & Staff e-Services box, click the My Course Evaluations link.
   
   
   
   
3. Type in your network user ID and password, and then click Submit.
   
   
   
   
4. If you are both a college/department administrator and a faculty member, two Continue buttons will be available:
   
   a. Press Continue to view your Course Evaluations - Faculty members
   b. Press Continue to view the College/Department Course Evaluation Overview reports - College/Department Administrator
   
   Click the second Continue button for college/department administrators.
