Microsoft DreamSpark
University of Houston-Downtown students have access to the Microsoft DreamSpark program. Software provided through DreamSpark includes Microsoft developer and designer tools at no cost to UHD students. Download software from the DreamSpark site requires a UHD username and password and a Windows Live ID. You can sign up for a Windows Live ID on the Windows Live ID site.
