Connecting with Employers

Career Events – Career Development Center hosts Career Events on and off campus. Employers expect formal business attire (suits and ties) at these events.

jobs4gators – Employers post jobs online targeting our students and alumni. Many industries are represented, and a variety of positions are posted including full-time, part-time and internships. To sign up, click the link above.

On-Campus Interviewing – Employers such as ExxonMobil, CITGO, and Reynolds & Reynolds interview our students on campus. Often, they set up interviews for students they meet at Career Events. Our jobs4gators home page will inform you when an employer is recruiting on campus.

 

Information Tables/Sessions – Some employers elect to reach out to students by meeting you on your own terms: in the hallway on your way to class or by hosting an information session here on campus. These are great opportunities for you to learn more about a company and speak with a representative you might not otherwise have the opportunity to meet. Tables and Info Sessions set up by Career Services will be posted on our jobs4gators home page.
