At approximately 6:30 a.m. Thursday, May 9, a UHD contract employee was assaulted on the bridge between the One Main Building and the Commerce Street Building. The suspect is described as a black male of medium build, in his 20’s, and between 5’9”-6’ feet tall. He was wearing white shoes, baggy green pants, a shirt that is maroon on top and gray on the bottom, and a gray jacket or sweater with white lining.
Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to call the UHD Police Department to report crimes or suspicious activity at 713-221-8065 or 713-221-8911. Also, emergency call boxes are located in parking lots and across campus to reach the UHD Police Department at any time.
