April 17, 2001- 010122- 17:50- Disorderly Conduct- W.I. Dykes Library-A student was referred to the Dean of Student Affairs for causing a disturbance in the W.I. Dykes Library. Case closed.

April 18, 2001- 010123- 20:40- Possession of Controlled Substance- Pickney Street @ Freeman Street- A non-student was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Case closed.

April 23, 2001- 010124- 11:00- Information Report- One Main Building- UHD Police filed an information report. Case closed.

April 24, 2001- 010125- 12:52- Attempted Theft- One Main Building- A staff member reported that someone attempted to steal a final exam from an unsecured office but was unsuccessful. Currently under investigation.

April 24, 2001- 010126- 18:21- Criminal Mischief- 400 North Main Street- Four juveniles were arrested for criminal mischief. Case closed.

April 25, 2001- 010127- 19:00- Chemical Leak (Evacuation)- One Main Building- UH Downtown was evacuated as a result of an unknown chemical leak. Case closed.

April 26, 2001- 010128- 09:54- Minor Accident- North Main Street @ North Freeway- UHD Police filed an accident report. Case closed.

April 26, 2001- 010129- 22:58- Public Intoxication- Off-campus Location- UHD Police officer working approved extra job arrested two non-students for public intoxication. Case closed.

May 1, 2001- 010131- 23:44- Evading Arrest- 3522 Wilmington Street A non-student was arrested for evading arrest. Case closed.

May 2, 2001- 010132- 10:00- Credit Card Abuse- One Main Building- A staff member reported a credit card stolen. Currently under investigation.

May 2, 2001- 010133- 23:20- Recovery of Stolen Vehicle- Hardy Street @ Leona Street- UHD Police recovered a stolen vehicle one non-student arrested. Case closed.

May 3, 2001- 010134- 08:00- Larceny Theft from Motor Vehicle- 300 North Main Street- A student reported his vehicle broken into. Case closed, no investigative leads.

May 3, 2001- 010135 & 010136- 17:58- Public Intoxication & Mental Patient- Front of One Main Building- Two non-students were arrested for public intoxication and one mental patient was transported to Ben Taub Hospital. Case closed.

May 18, 2001- 010142- 20:30- Larceny Theft from Building- Academic Building- A visitor reported her purse stolen while it was left unattended in the Academic Building. Theft occurred on May 5, 2001. Case closed, no investigative leads.
