| Students not attending classes during one or both summer semesters may be eligible to enroll in the Summer Health Program. |
| To be eligible, a student |
- was enrolled in the Spring Semester for the current Academic Year and not registered for the Summer Semesters

- was enrolled in the Summer I Semester and not enrolled in the Summer II, or
|
- is pre-registered in the Fall Semester for the next Academic Year.

| Payment of the Summer Program Enrollment fee allows a student access to all health services during the following time periods: |

| The Enrollment Fee is payable when services are rendered and is non-refundable. A fee is required for clinician visits, laboratory testing, medications, procedures missed appointments/late cancelations and some supplies. |
