A UH-Downtown ID is required to request
Clinician or Nursing service

Clinician Services
Walk-In Only

Ambulatory Urgent Care for illnesses or injuries
Office visit fee: $35
Limited pharmacy and laboratory services

Limited clinician visits may be available but not guaranteed.
To request a walk-in clinician visit, go to Student Health Services as
early as possible. Requests made between 9:30 AM to 10 AM
can usually be accommodated.

A fee is required for clinician visits, laboratory testing,
medications, procedures and some supplies.

Clinicians are not available when classes are not in session

Hours are limited and subject to change without notice

Provided by Staff Nurse

Mondays - Thursdays
9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

Fridays
9:00 A.M. - 11:30 A.M.

Limited services 12:00 P.M. - 1:00 P.M. when only one Nurse on duty

Care for minor Illness or Injury
Hypertension Screening
TB Testing (Mondays and Tuesdays Only)
Tetanus and Diphtheria Booster Vaccine
Pregnancy Testing (Urine)
Health Counseling

No cost to be seen by the Staff Nurse.

A fee is required for laboratory testing, medications,
procedures and some supplies.

Payment is due when services are rendered and may be paid by cash, check,
Visa or Mastercard at the Cashier's Office.
