| Currently Enrolled Students at Least 18 Years of Age: |

Emergency Contraceptive can be obtained from Student Health during regular Walk-In hours. A Clinician visit is not required. |

A prescription is required to obtain Emergency Contraceptive if you are under the age of 18. |

Call or stop by our appointment desk to request a same-day clinician appointment. Appointment request made between 8:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. (clinic hours only) can usually be accommodated but not guaranteed. |

An Authorization to Treat form, completed by a parent or guardian, must be on file prior to being seen at Student Health Services. |

| How can you obtain Plan B® if Student Health Services is not open or Nursing Services are not available? |
| Area pharmacies are able to dispense Plan B® without a prescription to anyone at least 18 years of age. Contact the individual pharmacy for prices and availability. |
| A prescription is required to obtain Emergency Contraceptive if you are under the age of 18. To obtain a prescription, contact your personal physician or local area walk-in clinics. |
