How Do You Start?
- First, you must be a current UHD Student in good academic standing.
- Enter your name and email on the sign-up list
- Commit to training at least once per week for about one hour
- Choose a day and time to that works best for you and inform Dr. Hudson (Monday and Wednesday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, or Tuesday from 5:00pm to 6:30pm)
- Wear normal gym or workout clothes for your training
- Once you decide you would like to continue with the club, pay the $10 semester fee
- Have fun and get strong!!
