How Can UHD Powerlifting Benefit You?

How Do You Start?

  • First, you must be a current UHD Student in good academic standing.
  • Enter your name and email on the sign-up list
  • Commit to training at least once per week for about one hour
  • Choose a day and time to that works best for you and inform Dr. Hudson (Monday and Wednesday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, or Tuesday from 5:00pm to 6:30pm)
  • Wear normal gym or workout clothes for your training
  • Once you decide you would like to continue with the club, pay the $10 semester fee
  • Have fun and get strong!!
