what is the constitution

The Constitution & By-Laws of the Student Government Association (University of Houston-Downtown) provide the official guidelines underwhich the SGA operates. It shall govern all of SGA's Activities with regards to the Student Body and UH-D Administration. In the Event that the Constitution and By-Laws are in conflict, the Constitution will take precedence.
