Welcome to the official UHD Student Government Association website. We are proud to announce that the website has been revamped this Spring 2006 semester and is ready now, more than every to better help you with any and all issues regarding UHD.

who we are

We are an in-house student run organization developed to promote decision making within the University of Houston Downtown. The University of Houston Downtown makes tough choices everyday and we as active students feel we have a say in what those changes should be.

other things we do

The UHD Student Government Association is also a big promoter of events. We support, promote, and do our best to get in all events involved around the school. In most cases we sponsor those organizations who would like to create something but lack in financial backing or volunteers.

Although we do enjoy supporting events around the school, our primary objective will always be to help out with and promote decision making within the school. For a current list of upcoming events, please visit our events section.
