The council of organizations is open to all students, faculty, and staff, and meets every two weeks to discuss issues of interest to the UHD community. Attending these meetings is mandatory for all student organizations.

At every meeting, and under the direction of the Student Government Association (SGA) vice-president, staff members, faculty, and students present reports, make announcements, and bring up proposals for discussions.
