We believe in the principles of fairness, opportunity, and in the equality of all men no matter what their race, culture, or ethnicity. Our biggest goal is to see that all of society can realize the importance of these three principles. In order to achieve this goal we all strive to model these behaviors and present ourselves in a gentlemanly and educated fashion.

Sigma Lambda Beta also emphasizes a strong dedication to our 4 principles. For the individual who chooses to uphold the high ideals of our brotherhood, the experience is one of enlightenment and awareness that cannot be found in any other greek organization. Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, Inc. is many things but it is not an organization that will accept members who wish to associate for the wrong reasons.
