This a Quran and Sunnah oasis for all Muslims at the University of Houston-Downtown and in the Houston community to effectively interact, cooperate, and plan for events and various activities aiming at providing the authentic knowledge about Islam and promoting a positive image of the great Muslim individual at first. The faithful individual who is active in the surrounding academic environment, and influential to the local community he or she resides in. The individual of Pure Monotheism (Tawheed) and of high, ultimate motivations for astonishing achievements in different arenas of this life, as well as for incredibly amazing successes and victories in the hereafter. That is only the Muslim individual of balance we are talking about! In few words, our mission is to follow the path of the Messenger (saaw) for the aim of pleasing Allaah, and our vision is the highest level of Paradise . (This group is operated by the MSA chapter at UHD, established in Fall 2000 by eight members only).
