The UHD Ambassadors were established in Fall 2007 that included a select group of 15 UHD students and growing. Each Ambassador assists the university and the Office of Admissions through various events. UHD Ambassadors serve as a liaison to prospective students through college fairs, campus tours, Destination UHD, and campus wide events.

The mission of the UHD Ambassadors is to aim in providing their time by committing service and leadership to current and prospective UHD students at campus wide events in a professional positive manner.

- Possess enthusiasm and commitment to UHD and the UHD Ambassador Team

- Be in good academic standing with the University and have 2.00 GPA or higher

- Be currently enrolled at UHD

- Show creativity and good communication skills
