If you are attending NHMCCD only, NHMCCD will be considered your “home” for financial aid purposes. |

If you are attending both NHMCCD and UHD, OR if you are attending UHD only, then UHD will be your financial aid home. |
• |
If you are taking courses at NHMCCD beyond your associate's degree AND working towards a UHD bachelor's degree, UHD will be your home. |
| When UHD becomes your financial aid home, you must then follow the steps for “Applying for Financial Aid” listed below and comply with UHD financial aid requirements. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Our Title IV School code is 003612. |

Complete the UHD Financial Aid Application and return it to the UHD Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid (OFSA) in suite S330. |

Apply for joint admission and be admitted to UHD. |
• |
Complete the Stafford Loan Request Form if you want to borrow a student loan. If this is your first student loan at UHD, you must complete Entrance Counseling before your request can be processed. |
• |
Provide official copies of academic transcripts from all colleges or universities attended to the UHD Office of Admissions in suite S350. The OFSA cannot process your request until all transcripts have been received. |
