NHMCCD and UH-Downtown are smoothing your path to a bachelor’s degree! Through the Joint Admission Agreement, you can be a student at NHMCCD (North Harris Montgomery Community College District) and at UH-Downtown (UHD) at the same time. You can earn credits toward your NHMCCD associate degree and your UHD bachelor’s degree at the same time.
As a Joint Admission (JA) Student You are admitted to both UHD and NHMCCD. You can make a seamless transfer to UH-Downtown and maximize your transfer credits. UHD academic advisors will visit each NHMCCD college on a regular basis to give you in person, individual attention as you plan your course of study. You can even declare a major in any of the bachelor’s programs offered at UHD immediately after meeting requirements.
