Congratulations on your acceptance to the University of Houston-Downtown! We are happy that you have chosen UHD to further pursue your education! New Student Orientation offers a half-day transfer orientation program designed specifically to meet the needs of incoming transfer students. We understand that your needs are different than those of incoming freshmen. Each orientation program is designed to introduce new transfer students into the university community; a collaborative effort among UHD departments to assist all new students!
