Official Transcripts

A transcript is considered official when it:

• bears the institution’s seal
• is signed by the issuing authority
• is sent directly by the issuing institution OR delivered in the institution’s sealed envelope

If you attended a high school, college, or university outside the United States, your transcripts must be evaluated by an evaluation service recognized by UHD.

If you initially submit an official high school transcript that excludes your date of graduation, you must submit a final transcript indicating your date of graduation once it is made available by your high school.

Freshmen applicants with college hours and Transfer applicants must submit transcripts from ALL colleges/universities attended, regardless of course work or performance.
